External advisors

The senior management team receives advice and support on business matters from the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) and the Charity Finance Directors Group (CFDG) as well as from its auditors and accountants. Legal advice is received from Berwin Leighton Paisner.

Moorepay Ltd. provides a payroll service to the charity.

Sarah Owen at  Giles Insurance Brokers Ltd provides advice on insurance matters. Ecclesiastical Insurance Group provide the core care homes policy.

Staff may join one of two personal pension plans, to which the charity contributes. Antrims provides pension advice for members on both the Zurich and Scottish Equitable pension plans.
