Nathalia is interested in holistic therapeutic approaches to mental health and is dedicated to improving mental health services for vulnerable communities while supporting evidence-based treatment approaches. Before working with CHT, she had experience in various healthcare and mental health roles, including as a Healthcare Assistant and Community Support Worker, providing care to people with diverse psychological and physical needs. She also worked as a Clinical Psychologist Associate, where she took part in a Peer Collaborative Network and an Academic Journal Club, reviewed psychological research, helped plan and evaluate patient treatment and gained experience in several therapeutic techniques, including CBT, EMDR and mindfulness. â€‹Nathalia has also held several voluntary roles, including with the MS Society. What does she love most about her role? Seeing the steps people take in their recovery journey and being part of that process, knowing she can have a meaningful impact on their lives. She values working in a collaborative environment that prioritises relationships.

A multifaceted creative, Nathalia enjoys exploring different artistic and personal growth pursuits. Outside work, she enjoys exercise, nutrition, travelling, reading, learning languages, and engaging in creative activities, including singing, dancing and playing instruments.
