Dr Andreas Constandinos (He/Him)

Head of Psychotherapy

Andreas has been with CHT since 2020 and oversees our psychotherapy provision, which includes supervising our psychotherapists, chairing our clinical meetings and being heavily involved in supporting the understanding and embedding of our clinical model.

Andreas trained as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist at the Philadelphia Association in London and, since 2020, has served as the organisation's  Co-Chair and Treasurer. Before joining CHT, he spent ten years in the homelessness sector, culminating in his role as Head of Homelessness at Look Ahead. Additionally, Andreas is a qualified barrister and holds a PhD from the University of East Anglia. His PhD thesis was published and later developed into a book. Outside of work, Andreas loves travelling, food and all sports.

What does he enjoy most about his role? Working with the psychotherapists and watching staff develop and our residents make changes in their lives.
