
Holly is the Service Manager at Mount Lodge, our 15-bedroom residential recovery community in Eastbourne. In her role, she is responsible for all service delivery and implementing the therapeutic programme. Her team includes Therapeutic Practitioners, a Social Worker, and a Team Leader, all dedicated to providing residents with the best possible care and support on their recovery journey.

Holly has a background in Psychology and graduated from the University of Evansville in Indiana, USA with a BSc in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She joined CHT in 2010 as an Apprentice Therapist,and completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy for Practitioners in a Therapeutic Environment in 2012. In 2013, she was promoted to Deputy Manager at Mount Lodge, where she remained until 2017, when she had the opportunity to become a Trainee Service Manager. After finishing her training, she was promoted to Service Manager in 2019.

Holly enjoys spending time with her partner and two small children, and loves watching them grow and develop. In her spare time, she also enjoys doing gymnastics!

What does she love most about her role? She loves being able to make a difference in our resident's lives. Although progress takes time, it is lovely to be able to see gradual changes for the people she supports. She also enjoys helping her team develop their skills and learn to work effectively in a challenging and varied field.
