Our communities
We have seven residential communities across the South East, welcoming homes where residents are supported, listened to and encouraged to be part of daily community life.
Each operates as a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), offering a home, a supportive community and structured therapeutic support for adults aged 18 and over, experiencing severe or complex mental distress.
Our communities offer three levels of support

High support services which are CQC-regulated, with 24-hour waking support and are located at Highams Lodge, Waltham Forest, Mount Lodge, Eastbourne and Lilias Gillies House, Croydon.

Medium support Therapeutic Recovery Communities, offering 24-hour support, with sleeping night staff, located at Richmond House, Richmond, and George Dooley House and Onkar House, Southall.

Our semi-independent accommodation at Fairhall Court, which offer self-contained flats with a therapeutic programme that runs Monday - Friday.
