Therapeutic Practitioner - Southall Broadway
We are currently recruiting for a Therapeutic Practitioner based at our Therapeutic Recovery Communities in Southall Broadway, west London.
​
The role of Therapeutic Practitioner provides the foundation for the therapeutic work in our communities. You will be working closely with each resident to create a recovery plan, listen to their needs, recognise their strengths, and respect their boundaries while supporting them to build relationships with staff and peers, and develop strategies for community engagement and daily task management.
​
This is a full time position (40 hours per week), and the salary range is £30,784 - £36,968 a year depending on experience. ​The application deadline for this vacancy is Monday 5th October 2026.

Therapeutic Practitioner - Eastbourne
We are currently recruiting for a Therapeutic Practitioner based at our Mount Lodge community in Eastbourne.
​
The role of Therapeutic Practitioner provides the foundation for the therapeutic work in our communities. You will be working closely with each resident to create a recovery plan, listen to their needs, recognise their strengths, and respect their boundaries while supporting them to build relationships with staff and peers, and develop strategies for community engagement and daily task management.

Lived Experience Volunteer - Various locations
Lived Experience Volunteers or Experts by Experience are people who have been part of CHT communities and are able to use this experience, together with knowledge of their own recovery journey and their unique skills and strengths, to actively participate in coproduction activities at CHT.

Clinical Placements
We also clinical placements for trainee psychological therapists and other professionals undertaking relevant training. Our placements provide opportunities to gain experience within therapeutic community settings, with regular supervision, training and opportunities to work with a diverse client group.
