We are delighted to publish our latest impact report for 2024-2025

We are facing a challenging time across health and social care, as services contend with significant financial constraints while demand for responsive, effective support increases.

We've navigated many challenges since 1994, but we've remained steadfast in our commitment to promoting life beyond mental illness and hospitalisation for people experiencing multiple mental health diagnoses & co-occurring conditions.


Our latest impact report highlights our achievements over the past year and celebrates our 30-year history of prioritising a person-centred approach to mental health recovery.

Outcomes over the past year include:


  • We supported 73 people who otherwise would have been in hospital.

  • We saved UK health services an estimated £9m+ over twelve months.

  • We worked with over 30 NHS trusts & local authorities.

  • We saw a 62% average reduction in incidents within 18 months of placement.
